Ken was born to unmarried, teenage parents. He grew up in the inner city of Chicago, and as a child, he faced financial hardships and evictions from his homes. Despite many dark days, his parents gave him a vision for a brighter tomorrow. His father taught him to work for a better world, while his mother demonstrated a strong faith in God. Ken used these lessons to turn childhood struggles into career successes. At the age of thirty-five, he became the owner of two McDonald's restaurants. Today, he also travels the country as a motivational speaker —offering his message of hope. |
